Not receiving purchased templates: If you have made a purchase from us and made payments through PayPal but have not received the confirmation email from us with the download link, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder. Sometimes spam filters are set too high and emails end up there. PLEASE add creationsbyar@sbcglobal.net to your address book to ensure delivery of your purchased download.
Unzipping Problems: If you have trouble unzipping the compressed files or if templates seem to be "missing" or not in proportion, please download one of the free programs, 7-Zip or WinZip, to help open the compressed files properly. Once you have one of these unzipping programs installed, you can try re-downloading the template files again.
Using Make the Cut software: If you are using Make the Cut software, did you know that importing the PDF files also works to cut these files?
For Sure Cuts A Lot 3 Users: Please make sure your settings are set to the following: Open SCAL3 and on the top left tab, click on: Sure Cuts A Lot 3 >> Preferences >> General >> Setting should be: SVG DPI: 90 (Inkscape)
PDF files missing or templates not in proportion: If you have trouble opening the PDF files, you probably need the latest version of Adobe Reader. Older versions do not work with certain files. Get the latest version for free HERE.
